Forty-five years as a consulting engineer and senior vice president at Dufresne-Henry. Past Springfield Chamber president, 25 years chairing the Springfield Housing Authority, and a Springfield Citizen of the Year.
VICE CHAIR
Bob Flint
Executive Director, Springfield Regional Development Corp.
Has led SRDC since 2005 — business retention, expansion, and brownfield redevelopment across ten Southern Windsor County towns. A founding partner in the effort that created BRIC in 2018.

CEO, North Star Health
Leads the Springfield-based health system serving nearly 30,000 patients across southeastern Vermont and southwestern New Hampshire. Financial-operations depth behind the treasurer’s seat.

A driving force behind BRIC’s founding, helping raise the first $2 million. Former Google community-affairs lead, 11-year Vermont legislator, and builder of rural tech economies nationwide.
